My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, although not up to a 4-star standard, were decent in size, clean, and comfortable. However, they lacked sufficient drawer and wardrobe space, and the bedside lights were not very appealing. Being able to leave luggage after check-out was convenient.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Despite the slightly claustrophobic feeling due to the Velux window in the room, the space was large and mostly provided a decent view. The cleanliness and expected amenities were on point, while having hot drink making facilities was a nice touch. However, the service, especially at the restaurant, wasn't the friendliest, with a focus on pace rather than guest care. On the bright side, the staff was really friendly and displayed a helpful service mind.
