Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, although not up to a 4-star standard, were decent in size, clean, and comfortable. However, they lacked sufficient drawer and wardrobe space, and the bedside lights were not very appealing. Being able to leave luggage after check-out was convenient.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Despite the slightly claustrophobic feeling due to the Velux window in the room, the space was large and mostly provided a decent view. The cleanliness and expected amenities were on point, while having hot drink making facilities was a nice touch. However, the service, especially at the restaurant, wasn't the friendliest, with a focus on pace rather than guest care. On the bright side, the staff was really friendly and displayed a helpful service mind.
The hotel overlooks the main square outside the railway station, offering spacious rooms but lacking drawer and wardrobe space. The service was friendly and helpful, guiding us to explore Colmar. While the location was convenient for train travelers, it required a brisk walk to reach the historic center. The self-serviced continental breakfast was satisfactory but not restocked promptly. The atmosphere lacked modern amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I initially received was way smaller than expected at 17m2, but I was later moved to a lovely spacious junior suite at the back of the hotel, which was quiet. The furnishings in the first room were quite old and dented.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and cool, almost like a suite with a partially divided sleeping area from the sitting area. However, the paper cups for tea and coffee were a bit of a letdown. The location was superb, just in front of the train station, and within walking distance to Petit Venice and the city center.
The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms with a welcoming and helpful staff. However, the room with only a Velux window may feel a bit claustrophobic. The location is convenient, just across the street from the train station, and the dining experience is excellent.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very large with plenty of room for luggage and other gear, and the bathrooms offered a good view of central Colmar. However, the initial room I was given was of lower quality, prompting me to upgrade for an extra 30 Euros a night. The location was convenient, being close to the train and bus stations, but some service issues affected my overall stay.
The hotel had decently sized rooms that were clean and comfortable, although they appeared different from the pictures. Despite some noise issues, the staff was attentive and pleasant. The location, just across from the train station, made it ideal for short stays, though a bit of a walk to the tourist center. The dining experience was slightly above average with a variety of choices available. Overall, a good value for the price.
